Features of Post-Tension Hydraulic Lifting Jack
1. The prestressed jack has a compact structure, works smoothly during tensioning, and has a large tension force due to high oil pressure. It is widely used in prestressed construction projects such as highway bridges, railway bridges, hydropower dams, and high-rise buildings. The tension jack has the characteristics of large output force, lightweight and long-distance operation;
2. The electric hydraulic jack is equipped with the ultra-high pressure electric hydraulic pump station of our factory, which can realize jacking, pushing, pulling, extrusion (up, down, left, right Direction), and other forms of operations, electro-hydraulic jacks are widely used;
3. Modification of simple presses (low or high-pressure type), bridge displacement, falling beams, replacement of rubber bearings (thin synchronous jacks), static load tests, pile foundation detection, trenchless engineering pipe jacking, large equipment jacking, factory maintenance, and other industries have been widely used.
Operating Methods of Post-Tension Hydraulic Lifting Jack
1. If the oil volume of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (46# or 32# hydraulic oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Estimate the lifting weight and avoid overloading.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the point of focus of the jack, and at the same time must consider whether the ground is soft and hard with a tough steel plate, so as to avoid the danger of tipping during lifting.
4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, it should be firmly supported by tough support in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support to avoid the unbalanced load and the danger of dumping.
5. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

Notices of Post-Tension Hydraulic Lifting Jack
1. If there is a runaway phenomenon during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body upright and head down a few times, and then tighten the oil drain screw, you can continue to use.
2. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
3. The machine uses oil as the medium, and the maintenance of the oil and the machine must be done well to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
4. For a new or long-established hydraulic jack, because there is a lot of air in the oil cylinder when it starts to use, the piston rod may have a small sudden jump. The hydraulic jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times without load to eliminate air in the cavity. The jack that has been idle for a long time will be hardened due to the long-term non-working of the seal, which will affect the service life of the hydraulic jack. Therefore, when the hydraulic jack is not in use, the hydraulic jack should be reciprocated 2-3 times a month with no load.
