Composition of unbonded prestressed steel strands
The unbonded prestressed steel strand consists of 3 layers, the outermost layer is the outer layer, which is made of polyethylene or polypropylene, and the use of polyvinyl chloride is strictly prohibited. The middle layer is special anti-corrosion grease, and the inner layer is a prestressed steel strand.
Unbonded Prestressed Strand Installation
The unbonded prestressed strands are installed in place with the normal rebar before the concrete is poured. Unbonded prestressed steel strands should not have dead bends, and joints are strictly prohibited.

Arrangement of unbonded prestressed steel strands
The number of segments of unbonded prestressed steel strands shall be half of the number of anchor ribs, and the upper and lower rings shall be adjacent to each other. The anchoring position of the unbonded prestressed steel strand should be staggered by one anchoring rib. The calculated length of the unbonded prestressed steel strand shall include the width of an anchor rib, the working length of the tension at both ends, and the length of the anchor distance at both ends.
Tensile anchorage of unbonded prestressed steel strands
When the length of the unbonded prestressed steel strand is less than 25 meters, one end should be used for tension. When the length of the unbonded prestressed steel strand is greater than 25 meters and less than 50 meters, the two ends should be tensioned. After the tensioning is completed, the excess unbonded prestressed steel strands are cut off. For the construction of sealing anchor concrete, the strength grade of the sealing anchor concrete shall not be lower than that of the structural concrete, and shall not be lower than 40MPa.
