Working Principle of Pusher Machine
The reducer drives the double driving wheel to rotate, the steel hinge wire is inserted from one end of the wire inlet, and the driving wheel and the double cluster moving wheel press the steel hinge wire to move forward along the conduit and penetrate the reserved hole until the other end of the hole reaches the tension.

The attention of using the Pusher Machine
1. The operators at both ends should cooperate closely, especially when the operator at the incoming end is cutting steel strands or guide caps, the operator at the outgoing end should not put their hands on the control buttons to prevent misoperation and hurt people.
2. When working, people should be prohibited from crossing at both ends to prevent the steel strand from popping out and hurting people.
3. When the pressure roller slips during work and the steel strand do not move forward, it should be stopped immediately to avoid excessive wear of the steel strand and the pressure roller. Work can be continued until the cause is identified and resolved.
4. There is a forced interlock emergency stop design of the cutting machine and the main motor in the circuit diagram, and the user can choose to use it.
