Upsetting sleeve operation points:
1. Flat head at the end of the steel bar: After straightening the steel bar, use a grinding wheel cutter or special cutting equipment to cut the material. 4. Determine the best parameters: check the upsetting finished products processed by the upsetting experiment, mainly check whether the upsetting base circle diameter, upsetting length, upsetting shortened size, etc. meet the requirements, and adjust the upsetting pressure according to the inspection results, The qualification rate of finished products until upset is not less than 95%, so as to determine the best parameters.
