Working process of thread rolling machine

4. Start the thread rolling machine, turn the moving handle, turn forward to start stripping ribs, continue to feed and roll threads, press the reverse start button after thread rolling, and automatically retract the knife.
5. After the work is over, clean the machine tool to keep it clean and dry, and regularly perform maintenance such as lubricating oil replacement and tool wear on the thread rolling machine.

3. After the thread rolling wheel has rolled a certain number of thread ends, if the tooth shape is damaged due to wear and tear, and the qualified thread ends cannot be rolled out, the thread rolling wheel should be replaced in time.
4. When replacing a new thread rolling wheel, the washer for adjusting the pitch must be installed correctly, otherwise it will not work properly.
