Operation of Tensile Control Screen
(1) Select the beam type and type to be tensioned.
(2) Enter the tensioning task list, determine whether the beam number, beam type, and pedestal number are consistent with the issued ones, and then check the steel beams that need to be stretched, and click OK to enter the tensioning control interface.
(3) After entering, if the tensioning data is correct after the jack is installed, the main control cabinet first presses the [Oil Pump] button to turn on the motor of the pump station and starts to rotate, then clicks the tensioning operation button on the main screen and presses the button in the newly opened interface The [Start] button waits for the auxiliary machine to start, the main machine clicks the [Start] button to become unavailable, and then presses the [Oil Pump] button of the auxiliary control cabinet to start the auxiliary machine pump station, and presses the green [Start] button to start tensioning up.

Intelligent stretching process:
①Click the [Start] button to enter the first tension control stage, the tension target value is 15% σcon, the system automatically controls the tension value to reach the target value and enters the load timing stage, and automatically adds pressure to control the tension to keep around the target value Within the range of 1%, the system automatically records the actual tension and elongation of the cylinder after the load is completed, and the jack operator measures the exposed amount of the tool clip and records it.
② After the completion of the first stage of load timing, enter the second tension control stage. The target value of the tension force is 30% σcon. The system automatically controls the tension value to reach the target value and enters the stage of sustained load timing. Within 1% of the target value, the system automatically records the actual tension and elongation of the cylinder after the load is completed, and the jack operator measures the exposed amount of the tool clip and records it.
③ After the completion of the second stage of load timing, enter the third tension control stage. The target value of the tension force is 103% σcon. The system automatically controls the tension value to reach the target value and enters the stage of sustained load timing. Within 1% of the target value, the system automatically records the actual tension and elongation of the cylinder after the load is completed, and the jack operator measures the exposed amount of the tool clip and records it. After holding the load for 5 minutes, it enters the anchoring control stage, and the system automatically controls the unloading anchoring.
④ After the anchoring is completed, the system automatically controls the jack to go back up, removes the tool anchor and the jack, and the jack operator measures and records the exposed amount of the working anchor clip, and prepares for the next set of steel beam tensioning.
Tension result data query and export
(1) Click on the host "Extension Report" to enter the operation interface of the tension statement
(2) For Data export, directly click "U disk read and write", select the stretching time in the pop-up dialogue interface, and then click the [Export Data] button to export the corresponding stretching data report, the exported file is in D: Inside the UDisk.
(3) Reporting of stretching results
The change curve of tension force and elongation value is automatically uploaded during the tensioning process, and the tensioning result is automatically uploaded after the tensioning is completed. The beam field management computer simultaneously reports the tensioning process curve and tensioning results to the superior information monitoring center through the network for reference and review.
