Application of Hydraulic Bridge Jack
Hydraulic jacks are smaller in size and can produce greater working capacity, especially used in places with narrow spaces, and have the functions of lightness, flexibility, and high jacking force. This product is widely used in electric power, the chemical industry, steel, bridges, machinery, etc. And other enterprises, and play its infinite power.
Description of Hydraulic Bridge Jack
The bridge lifting jack is a common lifting tool for the synchronous lifting of bridge maintenance. It is equipped with a PLC synchronous jacking system to realize high-precision synchronous lifting and lowering of bridges. Common bridge lifting jacks are thin, ultra-thin, double-acting large tonnage, large tonnage self-locking, and can be selected according to the overall tonnage of the bridge, jacking position space, and jacking requirements.

Precautions:
1. When the hydraulic jack is in the lifting operation, it is necessary to choose a hydraulic jack with a suitable tonnage: the carrying capacity should not be overloaded, and the carrying capacity of the selected hydraulic jack must be greater than 1.2 times the weight of the heavy object; the lower height of the hydraulic jack is appropriate, in order to facilitate removal, The minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be adapted to the clearance at the bottom of the heavy object. When the sleeper is used to support a heavy object during the lifting process, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.
2. If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the hydraulic jacks of the same type should be selected, and the sum of the rated lifting capacity of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment it bears.
3. The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and all parts should be checked for flexibility and damage. Do not remove the quick connector when there is a load, so as to avoid accidents and damage to parts.
