4.Precautions for use of high tonnage hydraulic cylinder jack

1. The average pulling force of steel strands shall not exceed 10 tons per wire.
2. When connecting or disconnecting the control cable, the power supply of the control box must be unplugged. Do not touch the socket of the electrical box during operation to avoid leakage or electric shock.
3. The total pretightening force shall not exceed the weight of the inner steel cylinder, and the pretightening force deviation of each steel strand shall not exceed 1 ton. After pre-tightening, the inner steel cylinder must not lift off the ground or tilt.
4. When lifting, if it is found that it is difficult to withdraw the anchor, causing the steel strand to scatter or bend, apply anchor withdrawal spirit into the tapered hole in time. If the average tension of the steel strands exceeds 10 tons per wire, additional steel strands must be worn.
5. When lifting, check whether the clamping marks of the steel strands are even. If unevenness is found, pre-tighten it in time. If the clamp mark exceeds 0.6 mm, it means that the steel strand is under greater stress and needs to be penetrated.
6. When lifting, it is necessary to adjust the oil pump flow rate and try to achieve simultaneous lifting of each point.
7. Regularly check the clips of the anchors. If the teeth of the clips are worn or the teeth are filled with dirt, replace them.
8. During the lifting process, the infrared displacement sensor must remain stable, and the irradiation point cannot be blocked by objects, otherwise the continuous lifting action will be chaotic.
10. The control wires must be connected to the corresponding jacks, and mixed connection is prohibited, otherwise short circuits may easily occur.
11. When disassembling the oil pipe, first press the "up" and "down" switches without the motor starting. Perform pressure relief operations on the jack. It is prohibited to disassemble the oil pipe under pressure
