Principle of synchronous lifting jack
Synchronous lifting hydraulic jack hydraulic lifting system is a professional term in metallurgy.
The support rod is also called the climbing rod. It is not only the climbing track of the hydraulic jack, but also the load-bearing pillar of the sliding form device, which bears all the loads during the construction process.
The specifications and diameter of the support rod must be compatible with the selected jack. Currently, the ball clamp jack with a rated lifting capacity of 30kN is used, and its support rod generally uses φ25 Q235 round steel. The support rods should be straightened and derusted. When the grade I round steel is straightened by cold drawing, the cold drawing rate should be controlled within 3%. The processing length of the support rod is generally 3m to 5m. The connection method can use threaded connection, tenon joint and section welding. Thread connection is simple to operate, safe and reliable to use, but requires a large amount of mechanical processing. The mortise and tenon connection also has the characteristics of simple operation and large amount of machining. It is easy to be picked up by the chuck of the jack during the sliding process. When using section welding, if the joint is slightly deflected or convex, it must be smoothed with a portable grinder so that it can pass through the jack hole. When using tool-type support rods, threaded connections should be used.
Advantages of synchronous lifting jacks
1. Powerful function
The control system is based on the automatic control method of PLC and touch screen. It realizes multi-point automatic control and can carry out functions such as loading, synchronous lifting, synchronous lowering, automatic voltage stabilization, and permanent locking of the piston from falling back. All jacks can be operated on the touch screen. The screen can display real-time displacement, oil pressure, load and the status of each jack. The system monitors the status information of each jack and pump station in real time. When an abnormality occurs, a pop-up window will alarm immediately.
2. Safe and reliable
The hydraulic oil circuit of each jack is completely independent and does not interfere with each other. Even if the load of each jack is different, it can ensure the synchronization of lifting and lowering; the oil supply and return oil lines are equipped with independent relief valves to adjust the supply and return independently. The oil pressure can be adjusted appropriately according to the weight of the jacking component, greatly improving the safety of the entire jacking system; the system has dual control of displacement and pressure. When the jack pressure or displacement exceeds the set pressure or displacement, the system reports an alarm and shuts down;
3. High control accuracy
The synchronization error of jacking and lowering is ≤1mm. The control system compares the displacement signals fed back by the high-precision displacement sensor installed on the jack to calculate the maximum and minimum displacement of the jack and calculates their difference. When the difference exceeds the set value When the synchronization accuracy is high, the system controls the corresponding solenoid valve to suspend the out-of-tolerance jack action to achieve synchronization control; during the lowering process, in order to avoid the excessive speed of lowering and impact and jitter due to the influence of the component's own weight, a one-way cutoff is added to the oil supply pipeline. The valve controls the speed during lowering, making the lowering speed controllable and smooth without jitter.
4. Strong scalability
The number of jacks can be configured according to the weight of the lifting components. Each hydraulic pump station and corresponding jacks are connected to the control system through the network as an independent unit.
