Strand lifting jack
Strand lifting jack is developed from the edge clamping technology for positive tension concrete, its purpose is to lift heavy objects, it is an improvement on the existing lifting equipment tradition. The specially designed Strand lifting jack for lifting and traction has been integrated with many features to make it easy to install and use, and the operation speed, synchronization and control accuracy are greatly improved. The current range of Strand lifting jack provides a safe working capacity of up to 2000 tons per unit (kilo) and has proven operating speeds of up to 60 m/h. The control system can be simple or complex according to the actual application requirements. Rewinders and related operating equipment can reduce downtime during interlocking operations and greatly increase cable reuse life. Where appropriate, a frame can also be used to connect the top to the structure by hook (chain) and using standard marketing and suspension equipment.
Strand lifting jack consists of a bottom fixing (group), a main hydraulic plunger (plunger) and a top fixing (group). The operation of the main hydraulic plunger (plug) moves the cable (rope) through the top, automatically transferring the support (load) between the top and bottom fixed (group), thereby lifting the load. The lowering operation uses a second hydraulic system mounted on two fixed (group) pieces to work in conjunction with the movement of the main plunger to lower the cable (rope) through the top. Not only can the steel wire jack be operated for a long time without failure, but all jacks are equipped with a hydraulic safety check valve in their tension port. All Strand lifting jack can repair and refurbish their fastening systems at full capacity.
