Introduction

Hydraulic Synchronous Lifting System Strand Jacks

 

Hyydraulic synchronous lifting system was composed of three parts: load-bearing
system, power system and control system. Its load-bearing system includes GYS100-500 lifting jack,
component holder, safety holder and high-strength, low-slack steel strand. The power system is the
MCLSB14 hydraulic pump station with various hydraulic valves. It receives instructions from the
control system to switch the solenoid valve to control the oil circuit and drive the action of the jack
cylinder and piston. The control system includes MCLSKI-2 control cabinet and connecting cables,
which control the coordinated actions of all moving parts in the entire system. The GYS100
hydraulic synchronous lifting system can be configured according to the actual needs of the project.
GYS100-500 type lifting jack is the main load-bearing part of one of the three major parts of the
GYS100 type hydraulic synchronous lifting system. It is powered by the MCLSB14 hydraulic pump
station and uses hydraulic oil to drive the cylinder and piston to move back and forth through the
upper clamping It is a kind of lifting equipment that realizes the vertical lifting (or lowering) of
heavy objects by converting the load of the lower gripper and the lower gripper

 

Synchronous lifting hydraulic system for the computer control of the overall lifting and lowering,

technology using flexible steel strand bearing, lifting steel strand hydraulic jack cluster, computer control,

hydraulic synchronous lifting principle, combined with modern construction technology,

mainly used to lift heavy objects.
