Working Principle of Pneumatic Injection Pump
The compressed air enters the cylinder through the ball valve, the air source duo, and the two-position five-way reversing valve, and pushes the cylinder piston to reciprocate. Because the cylinder tie rod is connected with the pulp cylinder tie rod, the reciprocating motion of the cylinder piston also pushes the pulp cylinder piston to reciprocate to complete the suction and discharge action. The reversing is performed by the dial installed on the cylinder tie rod, and the stroke valve is toggled back and forth to control the reversing valve to change the direction of the intake and exhaust of the cylinder, and continuously complete the reciprocating motion of the cylinder piston.
