Working Process of BW Mud Pump

1. Inhalation process

When working, the power machine drives the main shaft and the crank fixed on it to rotate through transmission components such as belts, transmission shafts, and gears. When the crank rotates counterclockwise from left to right from the horizontal position, the piston moves to the 2. power end, the pressure in the liquid cylinder gradually decreases and a vacuum is formed. , until the piston moves to the right dead center.

Discharge process

After the crank completes the above-mentioned suction process, it continues to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. At this time, the piston starts to move to the hydraulic end, and the liquid in the cylinder is squeezed. The pressure rises, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is pushed open, and the liquid enters the discharge pipe until the piston moves to the left dead center.
