Working characteristics of upsetting machine:
1. High strength: the net cross-sectional area of the steel bar after cutting the thread in the upsetting section is still greater than the original cross-sectional area of the steel bar, that is, the thread does not weaken the cross-section, thus ensuring that the joint strength is greater than the strength of the steel bar base material
2. Stable performance: The strength of the joint is not affected by the tightening torque. If the thread is loose or less than 2 to 3 screws are screwed in, the joint strength will not be significantly affected, and the influence of artificial factors and force measuring tools on the performance of the joint is eliminated.
3. Fast connection speed: use the connecting sleeve to butt the steel bar and tighten it. Due to the large thread pitch of the threaded buckle, the number of screwed-in buckles is small, and there is no need to use a torque wrench, thus speeding up the connection speed.
4. High production efficiency: On-site upsetting, cutting a wire head only takes 30-50 seconds, and each set of equipment can process 400-600 wire ends per shift.

Safety operation rules for steel bar upsetting machine
1. The staff must undergo technical training and pass the skill assessment before they can work on the job
2. Before formal processing, the equipment should be debugged and run for 2-3 minutes, and the processing operation can only be performed after it is normal.
3. The incision of the steel bar blanking is straight without bending.
4. Before processing steel bars, the machine should return to the initial position before processing to ensure consistent processing.
5. There should be no transverse cracks in the processed steel bars, and equipment failures should be eliminated in time.
6. When refueling, No. 46 hydraulic oil should be added.
7. The staff should abide by the safety protection regulations for engineering personnel.
