Working Principle of Pneumatic Injection Pump

The pump is a double-cylinder acting plunger pump. Its working principle is: the compressed air generated by the air compressor pushes the piston in the cylinder to reciprocate, and the double plungers of the slurry cylinder also reciprocate at the same time, and the action of the suction and discharge valve group completes the suction and discharge of the slurry cylinder. Pulp work.
The pump uses the working medium (slurry, gas) to transmit pressure signals, forming a closed-loop automatic control performance. The structure is simple, the use is safe and reliable, and there is no problem with grouting overpressure.

Precautions of Pneumatic Injection Pump
1. The faucet of the suction pipe should be placed below the slurry level, and no air can be inhaled, nor can the suction faucet be removed and directly sucked by the suction pipe.
2. Ensure that the slurry is evenly stirred, and no large particles and foreign objects enter the slurry suction pipe.
3. The suction pipe and the suction joint must be clamped with a pipe hoop or iron wire to prevent air leakage.
4. When injecting double slurry, the same slurry cylinder should be used fixedly. (If the water glass is on the right side of the slurry tank, it will be on the right side every time)
Application of Pneumatic grouting Pump
1.
